Ordering Custom Products from SWEET Letterpress & Design 

 

Getting Started

Thank you for considering SWEET for your stationery project. Our process usually begins with an email or phone consultation to determine whether we are right for your stationery needs. We will be happy to answer any questions and send samples of designs that interest you. We require a small fee for shipping samples, which will be deducted from your order, should you place one. If you are local, you can also schedule an appointment to come see our production studio and view our samples here.  

 

The Next Step 

When you decide to work with us, we will send you a contract. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at this time to begin production. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, checks, cash and money orders. 

 

Timeframe

The turnaround time of your job is dependent on several factors.  If you are supplying all art and providing us with press ready files, we require 2-4 weeks to complete your job, depending on the complexity of the work and current press schedule.  If we are involved in the design, we will need more time built in to the schedule to complete the design process.

 

Approval Process 

The price of your letterpress project includes up to three rounds of revisions, after which changes are subject to additional fees. Once the design is determined, we will send you a digital proof for your final approval. 

 

PLEASE PROOFREAD ALL PIECES VERY CAREFULLY before signing off on your proof. SWEET Letterpress & Design will not assume responsibility for any typographic or design errors approved by the client, nor will a refund be issued. 

 

Shipping 

Payment of your remaining balance is due when we ship your order. Shipping costs are not included in our pricing. We generally ship via UPS ground but can ship express at client’s expense to accommodate rush orders. 

 

Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. 

 

Disclaimer

Due to the nature of letterpress printing and the use of hand-made materials, each press run will produce slightly different results. This unique quality lends letterpress printing its enduring charm.
